Doug and Andrea have been married 30 years and have 3 adult children.  Throughout that time they have coached individuals and couples on a personal and relational basis.

Andrea has a background in sales. She has experience with several personal growth platforms.  Currently, she serves as a coach, mentor, and certified ShadowWork®️ facilitator .

Doug has a background in human resources and corporate accounting.  He has over 10 years of experience in executive management.  Doug also has 23 years of experience in the US Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer in 2010.
